Citrus Soy Duck Wrap
2 cups Citrus Soy Marinade
4 boneless (rinsed) duck breasts
Green onions, sliced in thin strips
Plum Sauce
Tortillas
Place duck in large ziploc bag. Refrigerate up to 2 days, turning occasionally. Drain well. Reserve marinade for brushing. Place duck on grill over indirect medium heat for approx. 10 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with the marinade. Transfer duck to plate and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice duck thinly on an angle.
Arrange:
Spread some Hoisin Sauce on a warmed tortilla, add duck slices and slivered green onions. Roll up, serve & enjoy!!
