. Include your name, telephone number and an explanation of
the problem. A customer specialist will contact you within
1-2 business days.
A return authorization number will be required; any package
arriving to our facility without prior return approval will
be refused.
The customer assumes all return shipping fees. The customer
assumes all responsibility for the safe arrival of return
packages.
